Q2. What sort of vehicles do you produce?
A2. Shonan Plant focuses on the production of two models including light commercial vehicles (LCV) such as the AD and the NV200 Vanette, while Nissan Shatai Kyushu manufactures six models including the Elgrand minivan, the Armada full-size SUV and the Caravan LCV. A3. Our parent company is the Nissan Motor Co., Ltd. Our consolidated subsidiaries include Nissan Shatai Kyushu, Ltd. and Nissan Shatai Manufacturing, Ltd. For further details, please refer to the Offices and Plants and Affiliates pages on our website.

A5. As a member of the Nissan Group, Nissan Shatai strives to be proactive in all our activities from environmental conservation and quality control to engaging with, and making a positive contribution to, society in the regions in which we operate. A1. Nissan Shatai is currently taking many actions based on a Medium-term Management Plan. For further details, please refer to the Medium-term Management Plan pages on our website.
Q2. What are your business strengths?
A2. Our strength is the consistent production system that we have built up, from development to production as well as to quality control, and, together with continuing to take on new challenges in creating high-quality and attractive products centered on LCVs (Light Commercial Vehicles) and frame vehicles, We are making our utmost efforts to continue being a company trusted by our customers. Q3. What are your plans for overseas business?
A3. Nissan Shatai has a central role amongst global Nissan in terms of LCV and frame-vehicle manufacturing. Nissan Shatai itself developed the NV200, with Shonan acting as the "mother plant" to provide support to production facilities in China, Spain and other international locations related to development, purchasing, and production know-how.

We will continue to build upon our experience providing global production and development support and aim to become a global center for LCV and frame-vehicles.

Q5. How much does the company pay out in dividends? What is your record date?
A5. We decided to pay an interim dividend of Yn6.5 and a final dividend of Yn6.5 in the 2023 fiscal year. This amounts to an annual dividend of Yn13.0 per share. The record date for the interim dividend is the 30th of September and the record date for the final dividend is the 31st of March every year. Q6. Do you use an internet-based system for the exercise of voting rights?
A6. Since the 99th Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders, we have adopted the digitization of voting rights exercise via the Internet, etc., and it has become possible to exercise voting rights in writing or via the Internet.
Q7. Is it possible for proxies to attend general meetings of shareholders?
A7. On the issue of attendance by proxies, our company's articles of association state that one person appointed by a shareholder possessing voting rights etc. may attend as a proxy but that it is necessary for the proxy to present to the company documentation certifying his or her right to act as proxy for the shareholder.
