Policy for the Disclosure of IR Information
Nissan Shatai's fundamental approach to investor relations (IR) activities is to maintain a high degree of transparency in communications on an ongoing basis.
We aim to sustain high-quality communication that enables all our stakeholders including securities analysts and a diverse range of individual investors in addition to institutional investors to make appropriate and satisfactory investment decisions.
In keeping with this approach, Nissan Shatai discloses information on matters such as operating performance and business activities in accordance with applicable laws and ordinances(including fair disclosure guidelines), the Tokyo Stock Exchange's Securities Listing Regulations, and other rules. In addition, Nissan Shatai ensures the accuracy of corporate information that is disclosed and provides this information in a manner that is timely, appropriate and fair.
Disclosure Standards
Nissan Shatai releases IR information in accordance with the provisions of the Companies Act, the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act, other applicable laws and ordinances, and the TSE's Timely Disclosure Regulations. Even when disclosure is not mandatory under the Timely Disclosure Regulations, our policy is to actively disclose information that may be useful in promoting greater understanding of Nissan Shatai.

Disclosure Methods
The Timely Disclosure Regulations require that specified corporate information must be disclosed on the timely disclosure information system provided by the TSE (TDnet). Information disclosed on TDnet is posted on this website as quickly as possible.
Even when disclosing information not stipulated under the Companies Act, the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act, other applicable laws and ordinances, and the Timely Disclosure Regulations, we make every effort to communicate in an accurate and fair manner using appropriate methods based on the intent of timely disclosure provisions.
An RSS service has been set up for the News section to enhance convenience for readers. IR website for smartphones and tablets is also available that contains IR News, Financial Results and other IR information.

Corporate information is passed to the Legal & Communications Department, which is responsible for handling this information and deciding if timely disclosure is required. If disclosure is required, the information is sent to the TSE via TDnet, posted on the Nissan Shatai website, and disclosed in other ways as needed. Legal & Communications Department to further increase the effectiveness of this disclosure process.

Investor relations spokespeople
To ensure the accurate and fair disclosure of information for investors, Nissan Shatai designates the President, Director for Investor Relations, Officer for Investor Relations, General Manager of the Legal & Communications Department, and General Manager of the Accounting Department as the spokespeople for investor relations.
Selective Disclosure of Information is Prohibited
Selective disclosure is the disclosure of significant undisclosed information to an individual or organization prior to the public announcement of the information. Selective disclosure is prohibited except for information where confidentiality is required by a confidentiality contract.
Responses to Market Rumors
As a rule, Nissan Shatai makes no comments about media reports based on conjecture about Nissan Shatai or about rumors in financial and other markets. In addition, we will not answer any questions concerning these reports and rumors. However, if we believe that doing nothing about false reports and rumors that would have a significant negative impact on the company, an appropriate response will be made by voluntarily disclosing information, issuing a press release or taking another action.
Quiet Period
To prevent leakage of financial results and ensure fairness, we observe a "quiet period" that begins on the day following the last day of each quarter and ends on the day financial results for that quarter are announced. During this period we refrain from any comment in response to questions relating to financial results. However, if projections that diverge sharply from expectations emerge during the quiet period, information may be disclosed as required via a press release.
