In keeping with this approach, Nissan Shatai discloses information on matters such as operating performance and business activities in accordance with applicable laws and ordinances(including fair disclosure guidelines), the Tokyo Stock Exchange's Securities Listing Regulations, and other rules. In addition, Nissan Shatai ensures the accuracy of corporate information that is disclosed and provides this information in a manner that is timely, appropriate and fair.
Nissan Shatai releases IR information in accordance with the provisions of the Companies Act, the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act, other applicable laws and ordinances, and the TSE's Timely Disclosure Regulations. The Timely Disclosure Regulations require that specified corporate information must be disclosed on the timely disclosure information system provided by the TSE (TDnet). Information disclosed on TDnet is posted on this website as quickly as possible.
Even when disclosing information not stipulated under the Companies Act, the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act, other applicable laws and ordinances, and the Timely Disclosure Regulations, we make every effort to communicate in an accurate and fair manner using appropriate methods based on the intent of timely disclosure provisions.
An RSS service has been set up for the News section to enhance convenience for readers. IR website for smartphones and tablets is also available that contains IR News, Financial Results and other IR information.
In addition, Nissan Shatai provides information through SNS(Facebook and X and YouTube).
Corporate information is passed to the Legal & Communications Department, which is responsible for handling this information and deciding if timely disclosure is required. If disclosure is required, the information is sent to the TSE via TDnet, posted on the Nissan Shatai website, and disclosed in other ways as needed. To ensure the accurate and fair disclosure of information for investors, Nissan Shatai designates the President, Director for Investor Relations, Officer for Investor Relations, General Manager of the Legal & Communications Department, and General Manager of the Accounting Department as the spokespeople for investor relations.
