We feel proud to incorporate 3D-CAD systems, the most advanced design tools in the auto industry. 3D-CAD is a state-of-the-art tool that creates three-dimensional virtual vehicles or structures on a computer screen. This allows for a continuous development process, from designing to mass production. 2.Parts Designing 3D images of styling data • Styling engineers draw pictures on a computer screen at the early stage of image sketching and use the 3D data in communicating with the Design staff. Adoption of 3D data eliminated the need to build 1/4-scale clay models as in the conventional method and has led to reduction of the time required for decision-making. • The virtual vehicles are then projected on a large screen on full scale and examined from various angles how the vehicle appears in actual size. • In the end, engineers complete a three-dimensional mass-production model, identical to a real vehicle, with a computer.
