This model is a tough vehicle with a full-scale body frame and enjoys popularity in 126 countries around the world.
In 2003, it earned 7th place in the final overall results of the T2 Super Production category in the Telefonica Dakar Rally 2004. Two of our engineers were sent to Nissan South Africa to build suspension arms and the vehicle. No problems occurred during 18 days of driving in the near 10,000km race, proving Nissan Shatai's high technological expertise.
